For founder-led businesses
90 Days to Clean Books.
Your real profit. Your spendable cash. Every tax paid and filed on time. A process you don't have to chase.
No preparation needed: tell us where things stand; we tell you what it takes.
You know the feeling
You've been building a business. The books got left behind.
The month-end message you don't open. The GST portal you haven't logged into since March. The notice in the drawer. Every month, catching up looks bigger. Founders call us when:
The accountant left
And nobody picked it up.
A notice arrived
GST or income tax, with a date on it.
Books are months behind
And nobody is sure how many.
Turnover crossed the audit limit
Proper books are now the law, not a preference.
A bank or investor asked
For financials that don’t exist yet.
Year-end is coming
And nothing is ready for it.
Late fees keep arriving
Returns get filed, but never on time.
You don’t know your real profit
The numbers arrive weeks late, if at all.
Two of these sound familiar? Keep reading.
The cost of waiting
Every month behind is money already lost.
Not at risk. Lost. Here is where it goes.
| GST credit you never matched | Gone for good after 30 November |
|---|---|
| TDS you didn’t deduct | 30% of that expense taxed as profit |
| Expenses nobody recorded | Tax paid on money you never kept |
| A late tax audit | ₹75,000. ₹1.5 lakh after a month. |
| A mismatch notice | 7 days to reply, then filings are blocked |
Most of it is still recoverable this year. The audit in your first 10 days puts a rupee figure on it.
52days left to claim last year's
GST credit (30 November)
A free 30-minute call.
Day 1 to day 90
Ninety days from now, this is what stops.
Today
- Books months behind
- Returns pending, fees accruing
- Credit leaking
- “How much cash do we have?” is a phone call
- Documents hunted at month-end
- Accounting on your mind
Day 90
- Books current to last week
- Every return filed
- Credit recovered and matched monthly
- You know before anyone asks
- Sent as they happen, recorded the same day
- Accounting off your mind
Why 90 days
Other firms sell you months. We sell you clean books.
Monthly accounting bills you forever and never asks whether you're in order. An in-house accountant costs ₹4–5 lakh a year and still needs supervising. We take 90 days, commit to a result, and are judged on it.
| Monthly accounting | Hiring in-house | 90-Day Stabilisation | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What’s promised | Work done each month | Someone at a desk | Books, filings and cash in order by day 90 |
| Backlog | Billed extra, if touched at all | Rarely touched | Included |
| Commitment | Open-ended | Salary and notice period | 90 days |
| Who checks the work | Nobody | You | A partner, every month |
| What you know on day 90 | That another month was billed | That someone is busy | Exactly where you stand |

What it takes from you
About an hour a week. We do the rest.
Bought something? Send the bill. Raised an invoice? Share it. Made an unusual payment? Tell us what it was for. We record it the same day.
Once, at the start: bank statements, your GST and income-tax logins, last year’s return and whatever invoices you have. Missing some? That’s normal. The audit tells us what to rebuild. Works with your Tally or Zoho; if you have neither, we set one up.
Every month
Reports are useful. Understanding them is better.
Every month we sit with you and go through what changed, where the money is, what has not been collected, what is coming due, and what needs your attention.
You don’t need to become an accountant. You need to understand your business. That is our job.
Who does the work
A named accountant. A senior reviewer. A partner who knows your business.
You’ll know who works on your books, and they’ll know your business, not just your ledger. A partner reviews every month before anything reaches you.
Your documents and logins sit under a written confidentiality undertaking.
How you reach us
- A named accountant on WhatsApp and email
- Replies within 48 hours on Emerging, 24 hours on Growing, the same day on Scaling
- A review call every month, or every two weeks on Scaling
- A partner on every call
Client stories
Founders who were where you are.
Before them, I managed cash flow in my head. The monthly Founder Finance Pack changed how I run my entire business.
Our Shopify payouts were a mess to track. They stepped in, set up a weekly rhythm, and gave us total clarity on profits.
Swiggy and Zomato payouts used to confuse us. They automated our reconciliation so I can focus on the food.
A partner in our growth for over 30 years. They understand manufacturing inventory and taxation better than anyone.
Their team feels like an extension of ours. They don't just file taxes; they actively advise on capital investments.
They helped us transition our trust accounting into a modern, digitized system without disrupting our daily operations.
I thought I was just a consultant until I hit the audit threshold. They structured my entity and protected my wealth.
We opened our third cafe and the finances got tangled. They separated my personal and business accounts perfectly.

Before you book
Questions founders ask us
Anything else, ask on the call.
I’m two years behind. Can you still help?
Yes. The current financial year is covered by the plan; earlier years are quoted after the audit, so you know the full cost before anything starts.
I have a deadline in three weeks.
Tell us on the call. Deadlines are sequenced first; the rest of the 90 days follows.
Will I be locked in after 90 days?
No. Day 90 is a decision point, not a renewal. Continue on a monthly fee, or take the system in-house with the procedures we wrote for you.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Our fee is fixed for the plan you choose. Government fees, interest and penalties are paid by you, and anything outside the plan is quoted before we do it.
What if my records are incomplete?
That’s normal, and it doesn’t stop us. We rebuild what’s missing from your bank statements and the GST and income-tax portals, and tell you plainly about anything that cannot be recovered.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes, and without disturbing what has already been filed. Returns already filed are corrected through the next return or the annual return.
Which plan is right for me?
Emerging if your books are mostly current and you need the process. Growing if you are a few months behind with a team to pay. Scaling if you are a full year behind or have several income streams. If in doubt, book the call; the audit places you.
I’m not in Hyderabad.
Most of our clients aren’t. Everything runs online, from the first call to the day-90 report.
Is my data safe?
A written confidentiality undertaking covers your documents and logins, and only the people working on your books can see them.
