This site describes what the firm does. Nothing on it is professional, tax, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it should be acted on without speaking to us about your own circumstances. Tax and regulatory positions change; pages here may not reflect the latest position.

No engagement by enquiry

Sending an enquiry, an email or a WhatsApp message does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only when we accept the work in writing through an engagement letter, which sets out the scope, the fees and the responsibilities of each side.

Confidential material

Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive financial records through the enquiry form. Tell us what the matter concerns and we will agree a secure way to exchange papers.

Liability

The firm is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site. Where we act for you, our liability is governed solely by the engagement letter for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this site.
