This site does not use tracking cookies and does not run advertising. Nothing is collected from you unless you choose to send it.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form or send us by email, telephone or WhatsApp — your name, organisation, contact details and what you would like to discuss.
How it is used
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the engagement. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry details with anyone outside the firm, except where we are required to by law or by a regulator.
Client confidentiality
Client information is held in strict professional confidence. It is shared only with the people working on your engagement, or where the law requires it. Each engagement letter sets out the terms. We do not publicise client names, and we do not discuss one client's affairs with another.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to one year. Client records are retained for the period required under Indian tax, company and professional record-keeping rules.
Your data
Write to office@mrkreddy.co.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have an enquiry deleted. We will respond within 30 days. The firm processes personal data in India and is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
